When working within the SAS^® Life Science Analytics Framework user interface over a period of time, it is possible to experience a session that becomes increasingly unstable or unresponsive. 

Indications that the issue is occurring range from slow responses while scrolling within a file to a session that becomes unresponsive for a period of time. For an unresponsive session, the session eventually becomes active again.

When a user experiences any of the behaviors noted, they should check their browser window sizing setting to ensure that the current value is set to 100%.

Any value other than 100% forces additional and repeated calls to the underlying UI code layers in order to render screen results to fit the customized browser size setting. Over time, the repeated calls degrade the UI session response times. 

The recommended setting for the browser window setting is 100%.
