Problem Note 66691: SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.x - Clicking a file multiple times from the manifest results in the file being opened/loaded once per click

Clicking on a file name more than once from the manifest in SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.x results in multiple open requests being submitted for the file.
The user experience is that the file content is loaded (once per click) into the current open window or tab.
The issue is addressed in SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.3.
