Problem Note 66353: The creation and promotion of an ordered-by table with copies fails after the loss of a SAS® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) worker node

After the loss of a CAS worker node, the creation and promotion of  an ordered-by table with copies might fail. You can observe this problem with various CAS actions and action sets (for example, the RTENG action set). When the problem happens, the following error is generated: 

WARNING: Communication with machine worker.example.com has been lost. ERROR: A send or receive operation failed because the requested peer node is no longer present. ERROR: The action stopped due to errors.
