After you submit code from the Program tab and the log and results files are created, if you select Download on the overflow menu and try to download any highlighted item (including the log or results), nothing is downloaded. No messages appear to explain why the action did not occur.
This problem was introduced in more recent versions of the supported browsers because downloads are now restricted in certain cases. See a description for Google Chrome here and for Mozilla Firefox here
