Problem Note 65848: Warning messages cause LSF to fail in SAS® Visual Investigator with the Real-Time Entity and Network Generation (RTENG) module

Messages that are categorized as warnings cause LSF to fail by design.
Therefore, a hot fix has changed the following warning messages to be notes instead:
Entity type entity-type will not be generated for document type document-type because primary element element-name is not found.
One or more of the given documents were not added to the compound store because they contained no compounds.
