Problem Note 65347: An upgrade from SAS® Viya® 3.4 to SAS® Viya® 3.5 might fail with a PostgreSQL cluster time-out

When you attempt to upgrade from SAS Viya 3.4 to SAS Viya 3.5, the upgrade might fail with a time-out when trying to execute a stop on the PostgreSQL cluster. The error might look similar to the following:
To work around the issue, run the playbook again.
