Problem Note 62737: SAS® Customer Intelligence Web Services do not pre-populate numeric custom-detail values

When you use SAS Customer Intelligence Web Services to create campaigns, numeric custom-detail values are not pre-populated. Text and date field values are correctly pre-populated. Only numeric values are not pre-populated.

You encounter this issue when you perform steps similar to the following example:

  1. Use the following XML tags to create a Campaign Brief custom-detail page with a pre-populated value of 12345:

<mam:CustomFieldColumnName>Campaign ID</mam:CustomFieldColumnName>
<mam:CustomFieldValue>
<mam:Value>12345</mam:Value> 

  1. Execute the SOAP procedure request using the above XML. Only an empty box for the custom detail is shown.

The same issue happens for the Communication custom-detail page.
