Problem Note 60427: Publishing a model project to a database fails with "The champion model ... could not be published ..." even though the project is published

Publishing a model project from SAS® Model Manager to a database fails with the following message displayed in an error dialog box:
The corresponding ScoringResults.log file does not contain any error and indicates that the model project is successfully published to the database. The ScoringResults.log file contains lines like following:
This issue is caused by the SAS SOURCE2 option. To avoid the issue, add the following SAS code to the Start-up Code in SAS Model Manager before publishing a model project:
