Problem Note 60014: Offer folders are expanded and contain plus signs erroneously in SAS® Marketing Operations Management

An offer folder or an offer subfolder might be expanded, erroneously, when you create an offer in the Offer Management module.
A plus sign (+) might also be visible when you create an offer folder that contains no offer subfolders or when you create an offer subfolder that contains no other offer subfolders.
