Problem Note 59214: A segmentation violation might occur when you use the FSEDIT or STB procedure to open an SQL view

Using the FSEDIT or STB procedures to open an SQL view that references a SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server table might result in the following error:

ERROR: An exception has been encountered. Please contact technical support and provide them with the following traceback information: The SAS task name is [STB ] Segmentation Violation

The issue occurs when you use a WHERE statement that does not select all of the columns in the table.
