Problem Note 54895: The link to the Case Information panel in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering does not work and no error is displayed

When you select a case on the Available Cases tab, SAS Anti-Money Laundering should display the Case Information panel for the selected case. Instead, no action is taken, and no error message is displayed. The problem occurs when you are in a role for which the Route Cases and Take Case Ownership capabilities are not enabled.
