When you create or modify a user in the User Manager of SAS® Management Console, that user might not be able to log on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. The user only sees a blue screen after providing the user name and password.
This problem occurs if you enter carriage returns in the Description field, as shown below:
There are no errors or messages in the SASCustIntelCore6.1 nor SASCustIntelStudio6.1 log files.
To work around the problem, add some text in the Display Name field, as shown below:
