Problem Note 51690: Using a %SYSCALL statement to call a user-defined function that was created by the FCMP procedure returns a memory error

An error message like the following is generated when using a %SYSCALL statement to call a user-defined function that was created with the FCMP procedure:
ERROR: Freeing Memory Not Allocated Pool.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
