Usage Note 50713: The SASUSER default location has changed in the SAS® 9.4 sasv9.cfg file for Windows operating environments
Beginning in SAS 9.4, a Windows SAS installation no longer uses the CSIDL_PERSONAL Windows special folder variable. Instead, it uses the FOLDERID_DOCUMENTS variable for the SASUSER default location:
-SASUSER "?FOLDERID_Documents\My SAS Files\9.4"
In SAS 9.4, "?FOLDERID_Documents\My SAS Files\9.4" can resolve to c:\users\user-ID\documents\My SAS Files\9.4, or it can resolve to \OneDrive\documents\My SAS Files\9.4, depending on your current default location set on your machine.
To see the SASUSER location for your SAS installation, start SAS 9.4 (English) and submit the code: proc options option=sasuser value; run; and then, check the SAS Log window results for the folder value.
If needed, the SASUSER location can be changed as documented in STEP 4 in SAS Note 12457 .
For more information about the SASUSER option, see the following documents:
