Problem Note 50564: In SAS® Enterprise GRC, a "You do not have the appropriate capabilities" error might be displayed when a financial effect or recovery is saved

In SAS Enterprise GRC, after you create and accept an incident, you can create a financial effect or a recovery associated with the incident. If you do not have Update capability for financial effects or recoveries, you should not be able to save the financial effect or recovery. However, the financial effect or recovery might incorrectly be saved anyway. The following error message might be displayed:
You do not have the appropriate capabilities to save this object.
Despite what the error message says, the financial effect or recovery is saved.
There is no workaround for the problem.
