Using SAS/ACCESS to ODBC or SAS/ACCESS to DB2 may result in the
following error:

  ERROR: CLI open cursor error. [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] The cursor
     "SQLCURCS297" is not in prepared state. SQLSTATE=26501

In addition to applying the patches mentioned above, customers will need
to edit their DB2CLI.INI file (which is in the SQLLIB directory) by
adding CURSORBEHAVIOR=0. This statement causes DB2 to correctly report
their cursor commit behavior as close, which causes the engine to
either (1) defer the commit or (2) reprepare before calling execute.
