A date string entered in a text field on Custom Details in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio is incorrectly converted to a date of another format. This occurs for Communication and Treatment Custom Details.
For example, a value might be entered into a text custom detail field in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio as 10.4.2013. This is defined as a TEXT type field, but after the campaign is saved and reopened, the value is shown as 10 April 2013. The published value that is seen in the Common Data Model is incorrectly displayed as 4/10/2013 0:00.
