This error occurs when a previous attempt to configure the flex themes has failed. This failed attempt can cause the configuration to contain partially updated SAS Flex Themes content.

You can confirm the partial update by checking for the following items:

  • The Registry.xml file, located in SASHOME\deploymntreg, contains an entry for the SAS Flex Application Themes.
  • The Status.xml file, located in SAS_configuration_directory\Lev1\Utilities, does not contain the SAS Flex Application Themes entry. This file should contain all software applications that are configured on the operating system.
  • The SAS® Management Console Folders tab shows an entry for the SAS Flex Application Themes.

To correct the problem, delete the SAS Flex Application Themes entry from the Folders tab in SAS Management Console.

Once the entry is deleted, use the SAS Deployment Wizard to configure the SAS Flex Application Themes. To configure the themes, you must select both the SAS Flex Application Themes and your Web application server as the products to configure.
