Problem Note 43628: Database attributes for Oracle SPK is set to 'SAS' instead of 'Oracle'

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It
After the import of the Oracle SPK file, the library is set to NONE for all 810 tables, and the DBMS is set to SAS. This causes Oracle to fail the connection to the database tables, and you will not be allowed to continue setup of the Banking DDS.
