Problem Note 42536: The SAS® Customer Intelligence response tracking code in an export definition is not created

When a SAS Customer Intelligence export definition is created, the definition includes the response tracking code. However, the output includes only cell-level fields. For example, the export does not include a subject-level field such as Customer ID. As a result, the response tracking code is not generated and remains blank.
