Problem Note 42088: When modified, the Communication and Campaign User Defined Field (UDF) names do not save correctly

When a Communication or Campaign User Defined Field (UDF) name is modified and the campaign is executed, the original name continues to be held in the CI_CAMPAIGN_CHAR_UDF.CHAR_UDF_MN field. As a result, the published data is incorrect.
