Usage Note 40911: Do not use reserved words in dimension names when working with external aggregations

Some relational database management systems (RDBMS) have reserved words that can affect how the SQL that is generated by the SAS® OLAP Server is handled. For example, Teradata reserves the word "TIME." If the word "TIME" is used as the dimension name, the SAS OLAP Server generates SQL that is similar to the following:
select distinct Time.Year, Item.Department, sum(FACT.StockOnHand)
from TERADATA.FactTable FACT,
TERADATA.TIMEPERIOD Time,
TERADATA.ITEMS Item
where FACT.Date_Id=Time.DATE_ID and
FACT.Item_Id=Item.Item_Id
group by Time.Year, Item.Department
having count(*) gt 0

Because the table reference used the reserved word "TIME," the SQL query does not pass directly to the RDBMS. Instead, all of the data is returned to SAS for local processing.
