Problem Note 40873: SAS® Web Report Studio might not successfully export a manually refreshed report

When exporting a manually refreshed report, the ZIP file might contain 0 bytes.
This issue is most likely to occur if you are using SAS Web Report Studio 4.2, 4.31_M2, or 4.4. This issue should not occur at releases 4.3, 4.31_M1, or 4.4_M1 and later.
If you are using 4.31_M2 or 4.4, then the SAS Web Report Studio log typically contains an error that is similar to this one.

As a workaround, you can change the report to automatically refreshed before exporting.
