Problem Note 39340: Incorrect values might be returned by PROC GINSIDE

An incorrect value might be returned when using the GINSIDE procedure to determine which polygon contains a given point. No note or warning messages are issued to indicate when this occurs.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
