Problem Note 39077: The SAS® Anti-Money Laundering macro FIND_ALERTS_NEAR_NEIGHBORS generates an error if the NN_ work tables do not contain any observations

Errors are generated when you invoke the macro FIND_ALERTS_NEAR_NEIGHBOR and one of the following work tables does not contain any observations: FSK_NN_ENTITY, FSK_NN_PARTY, NN_ACCOUNTS, and PRE_NN2. The errors that SAS generates are similar to the following:
ERROR: Invalid dimension specification for array acct_number. The upper bound of an array dimension is smaller than its corresponding lower bound. ERROR: Invalid dimension specification for array ori00. The upper bound of an array dimension is smaller than its corresponding lower bound. ERROR: Invalid dimension specification for array ori0. The upper bound of an array dimension is smaller than its corresponding lower bound. ERROR: Invalid dimension specification for array ori1. The upper bound of an array dimension is smaller than its corresponding lower bound.
