Usage Note 20331: SPDS_ERROR: Encountered error while making key

SPD Server may issue an error if you use DYNLOCK on table and you have concurrent processes running: one appending to the table, another reading with an SQL SELECT statement. The error is as follows:
SPDS_ERROR: Encountered error while making key.
