Problem Note 19832: "Could not connect to the specified server" errors when logging on

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It
If a user in SAS® Profitability Management 1.2 is defined with a blank password at the Logins tab in the User Manager plug-in within SAS® Management Console, the user will not be able to log on. Depending on the Authentication Domain, which is also set up at the Logins tab, a user whose credentials include a blank password who attempts to log on will see an error message such as:

Could not connect to the specified server.
An exception occurred connecting to the workspace server. Could not
determine identity credentials for authentication domain DefaultAuth.

or

Could not connect to the specified server.
An exception occurred connecting to the workspace server. The repository
identifier A5SEW3NV is invalid. A ReposID parameter must be of the form
   A0000001.xxxxxxxx.

The error message displayed will be dependent upon the Authentication domain and the user's credentials, but only one error message will be seen.
