Problem Note 19545: The SAVE_TRANSACTION_KEY macro might generate an error on large transaction key values

If the transaction key is larger than 12 digits, the SAVE_TRANSACTION_KEY macro might save that number in scientific notation, which generates an error. Currently, the macro saves the key using the 12. format, but the format will be changed to BEST32. to handle the larger numbers.
