Problem Note 16159: Using PROC METALIB for z/OS SAS® Library requires update access to the library (DISP=OLD)

When using PROC METALIB to create metadata for a z/OS SAS library, the library must be allocated with DISP=OLD (default) in the metadata and the userid associated with the PROC METALIB must have UPDATE access to the SAS library. If update access is not specified, the metadata for the SAS library will not be created.
