Problem Note 16012: WevDAV LIBNAME engine does not support Proxy servers

The WebDAV LIBNAME engine does not support Proxy servers.
If the site is configured to use a Proxy server, the WebDAV LIBNAME statement will fail with:
ERROR: Unable to connect to Web server, errno = 10061 (The
connection was refused.).
ERROR: Unable to connect to Web server.
The only current workaround is to open the port on the firewall to allow access to the WebDAV directory URL.
