Problem Note 15618: PROC REPORT with long format on BY variable may produce a memory error in ODS HTML

An out of memory condition may occur with PROC REPORT when a BY variable has a very long format applied. This only happens with ODS HTML.
The only workaround is to specify a smaller format for the BY variable.
