Usage Note 15522: "ERROR: System abend s0C4 occurred in module unknown - vxvtc at offset 00082C"

When using the VTOC option in the INFILE statement, it is possible to receive the following ERROR message:

ERROR: System abend 0C4 occurred in module UNKNOWN function VXVTC at offset 00082C.

It is also possible to receive a system abend 0C1.

To circumvent this error, specify the option CVAF in the INFILE statement.
