Problem Note 11553: Users may experience a problem logging into large HCM environments

When logging into a large HCM environment (2000 reports and 10000 users
registered), you might experience a situation where you receive the
following:

"HTTP 404 File Not Found errors".

Log indicates:

  buildMenu Exception (menuBean):
    com.sas.hrv.InvalidUserException:
       ItemBean/setUser: Invalid userid(refresh)

Upon refreshing the browser window, eventually you would get logged in.
