During this time if you have a critical problem, as defined by the Support Services and Policies, contact SAS Technical Support via phone at 1-919-677-8008 or 1-800-727-0025 (US & Canada). If you are outside of North America, contact your local SAS office.

For non-critical issues, you can

  • open a case by sending email to support@sas.com
  • visit the Customer Service Portal after the outage to update or create a support case
  • contact your local office during normal business hours.

You can visit SAS Support to access online resources and find solutions to common problems.  SAS Support Communities can also be used to get help from fellow SAS practitioners around the world, 24/7.


SAS offices outside the United States will operate according to their individual country schedules and policies.
