SAS Technical Support US-based operations will suspend normal business operations on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EST for the Winter break. 

 Licensing Operations and Customer Engagement Center will be available until 5:00 p.m. on the 24th

Normal business hours will resume at 9:00 a.m. EST on Friday, January 2, 2026.


Problem support

On December 26, 29, 30, and 31, reduced staff will monitor and respond to problems submitted via the following methods, with critical issues taking priority over non-critical issues:

For the remaining days, support for critical problems will be provided using our 24-hour "follow-the-sun" support model as defined by the support hours policy. To initiate FTS support call 919-677-8008 or 1-800-727-0025 (US & Canada).
