I think that Fundamentals of Predictive Analytics with JMP^®, Second Edition, is exceptional. It would really fit in well with my undergraduate and graduate analytics courses. It is the first really accessible text that discusses both multivariate and data mining techniques. Its hands-on approach makes the book valuable both in a class as well as in self-learning environments. The book also includes a review of basic statistics and deals with the important topics of data collection and data cleaning. JMP is certainly an excellent venue for this material with its ease of use and spectacular graphical displays. I am certainly considering using this book in my analytics courses, and wholeheartedly recommend this book to others.
