Analytical Solutions Manager, SAS
Before his retirement, Warren F. Kuhfeld was a Analytical Solutions Manager at SAS, supporting SAS procedures, writing new procedure code, and providing leadership in the usage of ODS and ODS Graphics. In addition, he wrote and maintained ODS and ODS Graphics documentation as well as a family of macros for experimental design and marketing research. A SAS user since 1979, Warren received his PhD in psychometrics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has presented at SUGI, SAS Global Forum, SEUGI, SAS France Forum, and SAS Belux Forum. He has also been a frequent presenter at the American Marketing Association's Advanced Research Techniques Forum.

- Michele M. Burlew designed and programmed SAS applications for data management, data analysis, report writing, and graphics for academic and corporate clients for over 40 years. She has expertise in many SAS products and operating systems.
- Kevin D. Smith has been a software developer at SAS since 1997.
- Nicole Ball, a Principal Technical Training Consultant at SAS, teaches courses on SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Data Quality, and the SAS programming language. Nicole is also a course developer for SAS Visual Analytics, which includes writing and updating courses and preparing customized training.
