Address Update Audit Report Node

Use the Address Update Audit Report node to run an audit report against the NCOALINK process in the context of a process job. The node is run against statistics that are updated at the end of the Address Update job to the repository that you set up for change of address processing. When you run the Address Update Audit Report node in a process job, it reads Stage 1 or Stage 2 files and generates files that are sent to the United States Postal Service for certification testing. The node reads the input and runs the contents through the National Change of Address (NCOA) lookup process. The following output is generated:

• the input address
• many intermediate results
• final results, including the changed address (if any), all footnotes and codes from NCOA and CASS/DPV.

The format is identical to the NCOA Stage 1 input file. This report is intended for use during certification only. This node will also, optionally, generate a CASS 3553 report file (which is also required for NCOA certification). You can run the audit report by entering the following inputs into fields in the Input tab of the Address Update Audit Report node:

• PAFID - Specifies the PAF ID used to label the batch.
• INPUT_FILE - Specifies the path to the NCOA Stage 1 or Stage 2 file to use for input.
• OUTPUT_FILE - Specifies the file path to the location where the report is written.
• OUTPUT_3553_FILE - Specifies the path to where the 3553 report is to be written.
• IS_STAGE - If set to TRUE, the input file is assumed to be in Stage 1 format. Otherwise, the input file is assumed to be in Stage 2 format.
• LISTPROC_NAME - Specifies the name of the list processor. This value is used on the 3553 report.
• MAILER_NAME - Specifies the name of the mailer associated with this PAF. This value is used on the 3553 report.
• MAILER_ADDR1 - Specifies the address of the mailer associated with this PAF. This value is used on the 3553 report.
• MAILER_ADDR2 - Specifies the address of the mailer associated with this PAF. This value is used on the 3553 report.
• MAILER_LASTLINE - Specifies the address of the mailer associated with this PAF. This value is used on the 3553 report.
