Open Window

Click on the menu bar or select File Open to display the Open window.

The Open window enables you to search for and open saved reports. However, the Open window also enables you to create new folders and perform many other tasks on selected reports and folders.

You can work with folders in the Open window. The icons for folders are located to the right of the drop-down list of folder names, as shown in Open Window.

You can also create a new folder when you copy a report, move a report, or save a report.
