SAS® OnDemand for Academics

arrowCurrent SAS Server Status

arrowSAS Server Availability

You are prompted to connect to the SAS Server each time you start SAS® OnDemand for Academics: Enterprise Guide or SAS® OnDemand for Academics: Enterprise MinerTM. The server (which is hosted at SAS Institute Inc.) remotely processes any submitted SAS files or projects and returns results to your PC.

We expect the server to be available most of the time and make our best efforts to keep unexpected downtime to a minimum. There could be limited times when the server is unavailable to support maintenance, testing, or performance enhancements.

If you are unable to use a SAS® OnDemand for Academics software application to perform processing, make sure that you have a working Internet connection. If you do, it is likely that the SAS Server is temporarily unavailable. Please try to use the server again later. You can also log on to the SAS® OnDemand for Academics Control Center. The SAS® OnDemand for Academics Control Center typically provides a message if the SAS Server is unavailable or expected to be unavailable in the near future.
