Why did my student account stop working?

Student accounts for SAS® OnDemand for Academics expire when they are no longer part of an active course. Instructors identify the start and end date for courses. Student accounts stop working (and are marked as inactive) a few weeks after a course has ended.

If you are unable to log on to your software, then log on to the Control Center to check the status of your userid. If it is Inactive, then your course has likely ended. Check with your instructor for confirmation.

If your userid status is Active and you are still unable to log on to your software, then submit the problem to SAS Technical Support.
