Problem Note 67544: SAS® Visual Analytics Designer fails to import data because the list of importers and capabilities cannot be retrieved

If you attempt to import data from SAS Visual Analytics Designer, the import might fail with the following error:
When you click Close in the message, you see this error:
If you click any of the Local Files options after the two errors appear, then you see this error:
This problem can occur if you have installed either Hot Fix F9L010 or Hot Fix F9L011 for SAS® Visual Analytics 7.5.
As a workaround, you can import from SAS® Visual Data Builder.
To avoid this issue, you can install the hot fix from the Hot Fix tab of SAS Note 66886,"The Import Data dialog box in SAS® Visual Analytics displays the error 'The application was unable to retrieve the list of licensed importers'." In addition to the hot fix, you must also be a member of the predefined Visual Analytics: Data Building role. This is a new role requirement with the latest hot fix.
