A SAS Visual Analytics report might become corrupted under the following conditions:

• It contains aggregated or joined data sources.
• A parameter is set from another data source.
• The parameter is used in a filter on an object using the aggregated or joined data source OR in a calculated item in the aggregate or joined data source.

You encounter this issue if you try to add a display rule to any object that uses the aggregated or joined data source. After creating the display rule, you are unable to save the report and the following error occurs:

Despite the error, the save succeeds. However, when you try to reopen the report, it fails with the following error:
