Problem Note 65402: SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2 - Scheduled jobs fail when fired if jobs are migrated from 4.7.x or 5.1.x to 5.2
SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework scheduled jobs which are migrated from either 4.7.x or 5.1.x, to 5.2, fail when fired.
When a job is triggered, the following error appears in the log:
MisfireHandler: Error handling misfires: Couldn't store trigger
job:Couldn't retrieve job because a required class was not found
The failure occurs because serialized Flex objects are not present in the internal database for SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2. The objects are present in both 4.7.x and 5.1.x.
A solution exists for SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2 however the solution depends on whether you are migrating from 4.7.x or from 5.1.x.
Contact SAS Technical Support to determine the appropriate solution for a planned/scheduled migration to SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.
