When you attempt open the properties of a flow that is sent by SAS Customer Intelligence, the attempt might fail with the following error message:

This problem happens when you perform these steps in SAS^® Management Console:

1. In SAS Management Console, click the Folder tab and open the properties for a flow of type Deployed flow.
2. You click OK to close the properties.
3. You open the properties for a second time.

At this point, the error message is displayed. However, when you click OK again, the error message disappears and the properties of the flow are displayed.

As a workaround, open the properties of the flow in the Schedule Manager plug-in in SAS Management Console.
