Daypart or time-of-day targeting can be created in the Edit Flight screen. Select the "Daily Window" option in the Edit Flight screen, specifying the Start and End hours. The target will be active for each day the flight is active:

A time-of-day target can also be created in the Targeting tab of the UX or in the Rules section of the Edit Flight page --- refer to SAS Note 53453 for detailed instructions on this method of targeting.
