The dependency of Integrated Object Model (IOM) servers might be lost if you install SAS Customer Link Analytics as a stand-alone server. The IOM servers provide necessary distributed-object interfaces to SAS^® software. When you install SAS Customer Link Analytics, the IOM servers might not be installed, and you lose those interfaces.

Before you deploy your SAS software with the SAS^® Deployment Wizard, SAS Technical Support recommends that your site review which products will be installed and configured. You can do this by reviewing the plan.xml file before you start the SAS Deployment Wizard. To view a diagram of your customized deployment plan, see the files details_diagram.htm1 (optimized for Mozilla Firefox) or details_diagram_for_ie7.mht (optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer) that come with your custom plan file. Make sure that you install a SAS Workspace Server and a SAS^® Stored Process Server along with the SAS Customer Link Analytics server.
