Problem Note 49557: A SAS® Marketing Automation Schedule Gantt chart might show an incorrect end date for recurring campaigns
A SAS Marketing Automation Schedule Gantt chart might show an incorrect end date for recurring campaigns. This might occur for all types of campaigns that recur over a given period.
For example, a campaign set to recur daily from 3rd April 2013 to 12th June 2013 might show an end recurring date in the Gantt chart for the end of May 2013. The date shown as the campaign end date is the last occurrence date. The information held in the common data model CI_CAMPAIGN.START_DTTM field is correct, but it is incorrect for the CI_CAMPAIGN.END_DTTM field.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, the common data model entries are correct, but the end date that is displayed in the Gantt chart will continue to be the last occurrence date. This is a display issue only. The campaign flow that is sent to the scheduler is correct.
