Problem Note 49000: "PivotTable was not found" might occur after refreshing SAS Content from the Manage Content window when a copied worksheet is active

If you refresh SAS® Content from the Manage Content window when a "copied" worksheet is active, you might receive the following error the next time that you try to refresh your original PivotTable:
PivotTable was not found
This error is most likely to happen after you perform the following tasks:
- You select SAS ► SAS Data in order to create a PivotTable on a worksheet from a SAS table.
- You right-click on the worksheet tab, select Move or Copy, check the Create a copy check box, and select where to copy the new worksheet.
- You select the new worksheet as your active sheet.
- While on the "copied" worksheet, you select SAS ► Manage Content, select the check box next to some SAS Content that you want to refresh, and click Refresh.
- You return to the original worksheet, select a cell in the PivotTable and you try to refresh the content by selecting SAS ► Refresh. At this point, the error appears.
Note: The content on this worksheet is not SAS content. It is a copied PivotTable as explained in SAS Note 44932.
After the error appears, the underlying metadata for the SAS Content is corrupted. In order to refresh the SAS Content you must rebuild the original SAS Content. To avoid this problem, do not refresh SAS Content when a "copied" worksheet is active. Instead, only refresh SAS Content from the Manage Content window when a worksheet that contains original SAS Content is active.
