If you have modified and closed an existing SAS Financial Management report and are now not able to locate/access that report, please check the following:

• In Microsoft Excel, verify the default file save location by selecting
  Excel Options > Save > Default file location
  You should be able to retrieve a saved copy of the file from this location.

• In Microsoft Excel, verify the file auto recover location by selecting
  Excel Options > Save > AutoRecover file location
  You should be able to recover a copy of the file from this location.

• If the file was shared to the SAS Information Delivery Portal's Document Manager, please confirm the file location in the DAV server, as follows:
  1. Access the SAS Information Delivery Portal's Document Manager.
  2. Select your document and then select 'Properties'.
  3. Make a note of the Repository and the Location to which the file is saved.
  4. Access SAS Management Console.
  5. Select the Repository that you identified in step 3, above.
  6. Follow the path to the Location that you identified in step 3, above. For example,
     • if your filename is 'My Report'
     • the Repository is 'Finance;
     • and the Location path is:
       BIP Tree/Documents/Shared Documents/Reports/My Reports
     select the Finance repository in SAS Management Console and navigate to the path
     SAS Management Console > Environment Manager > BI Manager > BIP Tree > Documents > Shared Documents > Reports > My Reports
     and look for the report <My Report>.
  7. Click your right mouse button on the filename and select 'Properties'. In the Properties dialog box, select the 'Advanced' tab. Please make a note of the value for the URI. The URI should be something similar to
     /Solutions/Finance/Reports/a132-b456-789-...
     This tells us that the file is stored in the DAV server (Xythos) in the directory
     /Solutions/Finance/Reports/
     and that the filename is 'a132-b456-789-...'.
  8. Use a Web browser to access the DAV server by selecting
     File > Open
     and selecting the option "Open as Web folder" in your Web browser, which opens an interface similar to Windows Explorer. The default credentials are:

     user name: saswbadm
     password: AdminAdmin1

     but these might be different at your site.
  9. Access the Reports folder, search for the filename from step 7, above, and save it somewhere other than the DAV server as a 'standard; Excel file. (For example, save the file as <C:\My Documents\Report.xls>).
  10. Open the Excel file from the path in the step 9, above.
  11. Log on to the SAS Financial Management Add-In for Microsoft Excel and you should be able to work with your report again.
