Problem Note 43288: Cannot access My Favorites portlet tasks

If you have SAS® Financial Management installed, but you do not have SAS Strategy Management licensed, you might not be able to access the My Favorites portlet task or the Performance portlets in the SAS Information Delivery Portal. You might also encounter errors when attempting to create a new KPI project.
You might also see the following errors in the SASServer1.out log:

com.sas.svcs.validation.impl.SystemValidationService - PRODNUM098 is not
licensed for any available setinits.

This is marked as fixed in release 5.3.
